The CLIENTS page is blocked by a password because all clients need to click Enroll A Wag’n Rider first to schedule their dog’s Compatibility Check.

Once your dog has been approved, you will be given the Client page password and will be able to start booking!

The K9 Wag’n runs on Saturday and Sunday mornings. The bus will pick up all the dogs between 8:30-10am, and drop-offs will be between 1:45-3pm.

The K9 Wag’n farm where the dogs will spend their Adventure Day is located off of Double Bridges Rd. in Winterville, GA. Please contact the owner to plan your visit if you’d like a tour of the property!

Tucked in a secluded section of this private farm, the dogs have a little over 1 acre of fenced in play area with rolling grassy hills, the sights and sounds of nature, and plenty of areas for shade. Please check out our gallery or videos online, or schedule a tour if you’d like to get a better idea of the space!

The dogs will get 3 total hours to play, explore, and socialize. The three hours are separate from the pick up and drop off windows. 

The Wag’n needs a minimum of 3 dogs to run an adventure day. On any given day there will be between 3-8 dogs coming along for the ride. 

There is a ton of shade at the farm! There are two large tree patches that offer ample shade, as well as a man-made canopy for additional shade, outfitted with solar powered fans to help keep the dogs cool.

We also have two fresh water spigots at the park to ensure that the dogs will have non-stop clean and cool water to drink during their play time. 

Additionally, 1-2 kiddie pools will be at the park any day where the temperature reaches or exceeds 80 degrees Fahrenheit. And don’t worry about your dogs returning home wet - I’ll make sure everyone is dry before they return home!

No, we do not offer boarding or grooming services.

You can still pay with cash! 

Cards on file are only used in specific circumstances, such as late cancellations, no-shows, or emergency veterinary expenses authorized under our service agreement. Except in situations where immediate action is required to protect the health and safety of your dog (such as veterinary care), your card will not be charged without notice.

The K9 Wag’n rides rain or shine!

However, since our off-leash dog adventure location is completely outside, the probability of your pup getting wet, muddy, or dirty (or all of the above) on days where it's either raining or it rained the day before, is very likely. We highly encourage all owners to check the weather forecast ahead of their booking. If you'd prefer your pup to skip the mess, you may cancel your booking by 10pm the day before to avoid being charged.

Safety First:
If while we’re at the farm there is lightning or I determine the weather is unsafe for outdoor play, I will notify you by phone and bring your pup home early. In these cases, you'll receive a 25% refund for that day. 

Full-Day Cancellations:
If I determine in advance that the weather won’t allow for safe or enjoyable outdoor play, I’ll send out a text the day before and issue a full refund to all scheduled clients.

You can cancel your booking online or by contacting the owner by 7pm the night before your booking to receive a full refund.

Cancellations after 7pm the night before an Adventure Day or day-of cancellations will not be accepted and the customer will be charged in full for that day. 

All dogs that ride the K9 Wag’n need to:

• Be fixed (i.e.. spayed/neutered) at their time of booking

• Be up-to-date on their Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella shots

• Pass a "Compatibility Check” by meeting up with the owner at a local dog park to ensure that your pup will have a good time adventuring on the Wag’n in a dog-park environment.
